ERP Functional Analyst Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Functional Analyst Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of ERP analysts, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely resolution of system issues
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success and system compliance with business needs
• Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements, troubleshooting ERP-related issues, and driving improvements to SAP processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP functional roles, with at least 3+ years in a management capacity
• Strong understanding of business processes across various functions and deep expertise in one or more SAP modules
• Experience managing SAP projects, configurations, and production support across diverse business processes
• US citizenship required; remote, hybrid, or in-office work requirement
