ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to enhance and sustain software systems through configuration and coding in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business analysts and clients to develop enhancements and workflows within ServiceNow
• Designs and implements integrations and data feeds with other systems
• Promotes best practices for ServiceNow and provides mentorship to less experienced colleagues

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in a related field, or an advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise software solutions
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Configuration Management; ITIL v4 certification is a plus
• Experience with web technologies and databases, as well as system development life cycle processes
