Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of in-person and online event execution workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for enhancements and automations in event technology
- Develop and maintain documentation for global event processes and provide training to align stakeholders on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Program Management
- Experience with event delivery technologies including RainFocus, Marketo, Workfront, and Salesforce
- Familiarity with project management tools like Adobe Workfront and Jira
- Ability to adapt to new tools and solve complex problems
- Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and lead cross-functional collaboration
