Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant (contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents, including calendar management and expense reporting
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively resolve time-sensitive issues
- Manage logistical and operational requirements for Customer Success business units
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of overall experience in administrative support roles
- Proficient in Google Suite with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate of Arts degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree is considered a plus
- Strong experience with Slack and familiarity with Zoom and/or Teams (minimum 8+ years)
