A company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other company leaders, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training logistics while maintaining internal team calendars and facilitating meetings
- Maintain organized systems for file management and support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years supporting C-suite or executive leadership in a high-demand setting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration platforms
- Proven discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Experience working with start-ups is preferred
