A company is looking for a French Transcription Team Manager to oversee a team of transcribers and manage transcription projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team progress and ensure timely project completion
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues reported by transcribers

Required Qualifications

• Full proficiency in the French language (ISO: fr)
• Professional experience in Linguistics, Translation, Transcription, or localization
• Proficiency in computer skills on both MAC and PC platforms
• Ability to onboard within two weeks
• Experience using Upwork is preferred
