Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examinations of public land records for commercial and residential properties
• Train and support fellow commercial searchers by answering questions and providing guidance
• Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on matters requiring review and approval

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Florida
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes, title standards, and search protocols
• 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with public records search engines and closing software programs is preferred
