Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Handle travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role supporting C-suite executives
- Experience in a fast-paced medical communications or consultancy agency is preferred
- Experience with private equity and mergers and acquisitions is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
