Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers’ luggage and freight are handled safely and efficiently, arriving at their destinations on time. As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting luggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, as well as directing incoming and outgoing aircraft from gate positions.
• Protecting freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely operating and driving ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas.
• Using staff scanners and computers to ensure that luggage is directed accurately to the customer’s destination.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to focus on safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Willingness to embrace diversity, thinking, and styles.
• Ability to wear required company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, protective headwear, and high-visibility safety attire.
