Pharmacy Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Support Analyst to assist patients with medication assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recover medications for indigent patients without third-party coverage
• Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and pharmaceutical companies
• Manage applications to pharmaceutical manufacturers' Patient Assistance Programs

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of hospital and clinic operations preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume healthcare environment preferred
• Familiarity with social programs and/or charitable organizations preferred
• Better than average knowledge of medications and medical treatments preferred
