A company is looking for an IFM Vendor Coordinator to provide facility management services and support property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning and manage small facility management tasks
- Coordinate communication and relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective facility management
- Administer security systems and assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting
Qualifications
- Associates degree in facilities management, business, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to customize reports
- Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision
- Experience in maintaining professionalism under stressful situations
