Job Summary

A company is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to manage traffic operations and assist with sales orders and station logs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backup and assistance to traffic managers as needed
• Process sales orders and manage commercial inventory using WideOrbit traffic system
• Reconcile logs and confirm that spots ran as scheduled for billing

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Traffic Systems, preferably WideOrbit
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize duties effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
