Federal Licensed Construction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Construction Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for federal clients on complex construction efforts
• Build and manage high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies
• Oversee estimating and proposal development for major federal pursuits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 10+ years managing Federal/MILCON construction projects, preferably with DoD/USACE experience
• Proven success delivering projects in the $40M+ range, ideally with a strong electrical component
• Advanced in the use of Primavera P6, MS Project, and construction management tools
• PMP, CCM, or PE certification highly desirable
