Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the annual and quarterly field marketing plan in collaboration with sales leadership
- Design and execute targeted marketing programs to generate new pipeline and influence existing opportunities
- Plan and manage field marketing activities, including events and campaigns, while tracking performance metrics and ROI
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in field marketing or regional marketing
- Proven track record of executing successful field marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals
- Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and program development for each stage
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools and strategies
- Demonstrable experience in planning and managing virtual and in-person events
