Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire teams of technicians through coaching and performance reviews
• Coordinate with contractors to meet customer requirements and ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project profitability and optimize resource management for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, or engineering
• 1-2 years of leadership experience managing technical personnel (preferred)
