Senior Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Services Engineer to join their Services Team in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, overseeing product introduction and integration
• Provide onsite or remote technical support and create detailed documentation for project completion
• Deliver training sessions to customers or partners based on product documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in telecommunications transmission technologies
• Strong understanding of optical transmission, DWDM systems, and relevant supervision tools
• Able to generate and interpret OSA, OTDR, and BER test results
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or equivalent
• Fluent in both oral and written Italian and English
