Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee the client team
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting and payroll
• Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights for business owners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes
