Finance Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and finance partner to key sales leadership, translating business needs into financial information
• Develop metrics and reports to monitor business health, identify P&L risks, and drive profitability
• Lead financial planning processes and provide insights for decision-making, including budget allocation and forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in strategy consulting or investment banking
• Experience in a senior business partnering role within a large sales or Go-to-Market organization
• Advanced proficiency with financial planning and ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive results in a dynamic environment
