Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial management for nonprofit clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance lead for multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and support forecasting and cash flow modeling
- Ensure financial compliance, maintain audit readiness, and lead the annual budgeting process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, nonprofit management, or related field
- 2-5 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in nonprofit finance
- Proven experience in nonprofit financial management, including audits and GAAP requirements
- Advanced QuickBooks skills and proficiency with financial tools and software
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills
