Financial Aid Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Aid Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Assurance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of reviews
• Manage the Policy & Compliance Memo process and monitor changes in Title IV legislation
• Support the Associate Director in monitoring projects and participate in committees as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial aid or related fields
• Certified Financial Aid Administrator (FAAC) preferred
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience preferred
• Experience in developing compliant policies in a Title IV environment preferred
