Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Aid Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Quality Assurance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of reviews
- Manage the Policy & Compliance Memo process and monitor changes in Title IV legislation
- Support the Associate Director in monitoring projects and participate in committees as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial aid or related fields
- Certified Financial Aid Administrator (FAAC) preferred
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience preferred
- Experience in developing compliant policies in a Title IV environment preferred
