Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to lead and enhance quality standards for their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a QA Community of Practice across 20+ QA professionals and collaborate with various departments to drive quality initiatives
• Develop comprehensive QA standards and implement automation in testing processes
• Mentor QA talent and advocate for necessary resources to support the QA function

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams and complex projects
• Experience in the banking, finance, or fintech industry with knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of implementing QA processes in agile environments
• Strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
