Quality Management Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Quality Management & Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective processes for quality assurance of products and services
• Review and improve program activities for compliance with established standards and procedures
• Implement corrective actions for non-compliance and support process improvements based on best practices

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification or related experience, with certification required within 3 months of hire
• Working knowledge of CMMI-SVC v3.0 framework and configuration management
• Experience with Agile methodologies and MS Office Suite products
