Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance financial dashboards and tracking mechanisms for transformation initiatives
• Prepare financial reporting packages that highlight insights, risks, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and validate outcomes for financial decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools preferred
• Experience in transformation programs or project management is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
