Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee a national fleet operation of over 500 vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a large fleet, focusing on efficiency and cost-savings
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage vendor contracts and optimize fleet budget while monitoring key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics, with significant experience managing large fleets
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, telematics, and fleet safety
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations and financial management
• Proficiency with fleet software and MS Office Suite
