A company is looking for a Claims Compliance Process Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a cross-functional team responsible for claims compliance operations and litigation support
- Lead the research and application of state-specific claims handling regulations and oversee compliance initiatives
- Manage internal audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and providing actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of claims compliance experience or 5 years of property claims handling experience with a current adjuster license in Florida
- Claims leadership experience of at least 2 to 3 years
- Understanding of homeowners and personal auto claims compliance is a plus
- Proficient in Excel/Google Spreadsheets
- Experience with process management or process improvement projects
