Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans to maximize asset value and NOI for assigned properties
• Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel, ensuring proper property maintenance
• Build and maintain relationships to retain current business and pursue new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• College graduate preferred
• FL Real Estate License required within 90 days
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
