• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure homes are move-in ready and provide market feedback to enhance occupancy strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, sales, and closing experience, preferably in real estate
• Experience with CRM and property management software
• 2-Year Degree or equivalent experience
• Real estate license is a plus
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
