Real Estate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee real estate-related projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply space standards to create design drawings and develop budgets for Advisor offices
• Competitively bid and negotiate all construction details with contractors and vendors
• Manage multiple projects (new offices/renovations/closures) simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design
• 3+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• 3+ years of experience with project management and office sector design (preferred)
• Project management certification (preferred)
