A company is looking for an Online Searcher - Originations Title and Close.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
• Analyze restrictions and prepare reports outlining necessary actions to clear title
• Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, and internal staff professionally and timely

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Practical work experience within the real estate industry
• Prior title search experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with personal computers
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
