A company is looking for a Bilingual Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial properties in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation
- Negotiate business terms as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent
- Track transaction activities, prepare reports, and maintain a real estate project tracking system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions experience
- Real Estate salesperson license required
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and sophisticated math skills
