A company is looking for a Transaction Management Director to oversee real estate transaction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team members, including conducting performance evaluations and managing recruitment
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Support acquisition, management, and disposal of properties while implementing real estate plans aligned with client goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Real Estate Salesperson license required
• Preferred experience in financial or retail industries
• Leadership experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and capable of performing complex financial calculations
