Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRE Relationship Manager III to develop and maintain customer relationships in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet customer needs through the delivery of bank products and services
• Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships within a targeted market segment
• Evaluate risks in customer transactions to ensure alignment with the bank's risk profile

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of commercial real estate lending and analysis experience
• Credit training and/or experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in structuring complex credits
• Knowledge of all bank products and continual product expertise development
