Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer (TX Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes new escrow accounts and processes escrow documents according to policies and procedures
• Acts as a neutral third-party in real estate transactions, managing funds and documentation
• Handles complex transactions and identifies escrow risks with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience, with at least 3 years directly handling escrow transactions
• Knowledge of standard concepts and practices in the escrow/title industry
• TX Title License is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
