Key Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship and performance of third-party lease administration providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee financial compliance related to rent payments and coordinate with accounting and audit teams
- Drive improvements in lease administration processes and technology integration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate leasing or lease administration
- Experience working with third-party service providers and in SOX compliance
- Leadership experience in managing global teams or projects
- Experience in complex regulatory environments
