Job Summary
A company is looking for a Property Operations Coordinator to manage tenant relations and property operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant service requests and inquiries
- Coordinate with local vendors for repairs, maintenance, and compliance documentation
- Track and manage lease expirations, renewals, and rent collections
Required Qualifications
- Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred
- At least 3-5 years' property management experience
- Prior experience working for a commercial real estate company is required
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
