Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations on real estate transactions across multiple states to validate system outputs and refine internal standards
• Review and analyze public records, title searches, and supporting documents to confirm ownership and identify title defects
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of examination processes

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in title examination or title underwriting with a strong understanding of multi-state practices
• Expertise in identifying chain of title issues, encumbrances, and risk factors
• Familiarity with curative processes and underwriting responses to common title issues
• Experience with multiple title search platforms and title production software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating across teams
