Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist I, CRE Loan Abstractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract loan covenants and prepayment provisions from complex commercial real estate loans
• Understand and interpret various loan documents, including promissory notes and loan agreements
• Collaborate with team members to review and finalize loan document abstractions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with complex commercial real estate loan documents and transactions
• Strong ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents
• Commitment to at least 15-20 hours per week
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of complex prepayment provisions in commercial real estate loan documents
