Job Summary

A company is looking for a Milestone Foreclosure Specialist-2.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the foreclosure process for assigned mortgage loans, ensuring timely completion according to investor guidelines
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve issues and minimize delays in the foreclosure process
• Provide status updates and documentation to investors and generate necessary reports related to foreclosure activities

Required Qualifications

• A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in a Default Servicing related field
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in Default Servicing related fields such as Collections, REO, or Loss Mitigation is preferred
• Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
• Experience reading and comprehending legal documents
