FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Track, analyze, and reconcile drug pricing and contract terms to monitor performance
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis for infusion revenue and operating expenses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, preferably in public accounting
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to reconcile data across multiple systems
• Familiarity with healthcare or specialty pharmacy economics is a plus
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and BI tools
