FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support Finance, Strategy, and Analytics in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis as a business partner to GTM departments
• Build and manage forecasting models for bookings, sales capacity, and pipeline to guide GTM planning
• Create and deliver monthly board packs consolidating key SaaS metrics and operational performance insights

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance (specifically FP&A), or a GTM-facing role
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling
• Experience with analytics tools such as Holistics, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
