Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience leading a $10m+ business or similar track record
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and their integration with sales
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and retaining a results-driven sales team
- Financial acumen with experience managing a P&L and delivering financial improvements
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage teams effectively for optimal outcomes
