Group Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Sourcing Specialist to support the Groups Sales department by sourcing and negotiating hotel bookings for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source hotels, manage RFPs, and ensure timely follow-up to align with client needs and preferences
• Meet ambitious monthly sales targets to drive business growth and achieve team objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and hotel partners for seamless group bookings

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required; hotel industry and group reservations experience preferred
• Extremely tech savvy with quick learning abilities for new systems and processes
• Proficiency in Google Suite required; experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Slack is a plus
• Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism while handling multiple projects
• A tenacious go-getter with a strong team-oriented mindset
