Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong relationships
- Align products and services with customer needs, propose compliant solutions, and enhance account penetration through consultative selling
- Negotiate and renew customer service agreements, addressing escalations and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 1 year of relevant experience or 5 years of business-to-business account management
- Preferred: Experience in cold calling and sourcing new business
