Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue strategy and forecasting, including compensation design and revenue forecasting processes
- Optimize the revenue tech stack and GTM processes to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity
- Drive cross-functional leadership by mentoring a high-performing Revenue Operations team and fostering a culture of accountability
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Expertise in compensation design and administration with a track record of motivating teams through effective sales compensation plans
- Experience in driving revenue growth through operational excellence and strategic leadership
- Deep understanding of GTM funnels, key metrics, and forecasting methodologies
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
