Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives focused on new business acquisition across various verticals
- Own net-new ARR targets and ensure consistent attainment through effective pipeline creation and deal strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize funnel conversion and contribute to planning and forecasting initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 8 years in sales leadership
- Proven success in scaling AE teams in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven companies
- Experience in consistently achieving $10M+ ARR goals
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a focus on accountability
- Proficiency in modern sales tools and platforms such as Hubspot and Gong
