Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 8 years in sales leadership
  • Proven success in scaling AE teams in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven companies
  • Experience in consistently achieving $10M+ ARR goals
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a focus on accountability
  • Proficiency in modern sales tools and platforms such as Hubspot and Gong
