  • Build and lead a high-performing sales compensation team while ensuring effective governance and stakeholder partnerships


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in sales compensation or related roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership within a SaaS or technology company
  • Expertise in sales compensation financial forecasting and ASC 606 accounting for commission expenses
  • Proven success in implementing and managing sales compensation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or CCP certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and exceptional Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
