Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global sales compensation strategy and design scalable, performance-based compensation plans
- Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance related to sales compensation expenses
- Build and lead a high-performing sales compensation team while ensuring effective governance and stakeholder partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sales compensation or related roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership within a SaaS or technology company
- Expertise in sales compensation financial forecasting and ASC 606 accounting for commission expenses
- Proven success in implementing and managing sales compensation platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or CCP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and exceptional Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
