Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process automated outbound calls to assist existing customers with order issues
• Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases and notify them of expiring prescriptions
• Guide customers through the Express Exam online vision test and support them through various communication platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
• Technical aptitude and reliable internet connection
• Private, dedicated workplace free from interruptions
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset
