A company is looking for a Fraud and Onboarding Analytics Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in developing and implementing fraud detection strategies across the customer lifecycle
- Utilize advanced analytics to analyze drop-off rates, conversion metrics, and fraud rates to enhance approval and automation rates
- Design and maintain dashboards to track application and fraud performance, collaborating with various internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in fraud analytics or financial risk modeling, preferably in fintech or credit onboarding
- Experience with Digital Credit Application platforms or similar analytics
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of fraud typologies and experience leading analytical project teams
