Key Responsibilities
- Analyze bonus terms and conditions to ensure compliance and minimize risks
- Monitor player activity daily and perform risk checks related to bonuses
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CRM analytics, risk management, or a similar analytical role
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL or other analytical tools)
- Hands-on experience with bonus systems or customer loyalty programs
- Understanding of risk assessment processes in the iGaming or fintech industry (a plus)
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations
