GCP Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a focus on Security Operations (SecOps).

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Google Chronicle and Security Command Center (SCC)
• Design and implement security controls across GCP environments
• Support incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management

Required Qualifications

• Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Security Engineer (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 3-5+ years of experience in cloud security or SecOps roles
• Strong knowledge of GCP security services: IAM, VPC Security, Cloud DLP, KMS, SCC
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms, ideally Chronicle
• Solid understanding of detection engineering and incident response
